The campus is designed to minimize energy consumption, and includes daylight harvesting and lighting scheduling with building controls. HVAC and fire suppression systems are also integrated into the building automation system. The company received a $56,200 rebate incentive from PPL for the project, which completed in Phase 3 of the program.
